Part of a Victorian terrace dating from the 1860s and 1870s, this three-storey-over-basement house sits directly behind the Dún Laoghaire Baths, a short walk from Dún Laoghaire pier.

The project returned Number 2 from office use to a single home through a full renovation. To the rear, a former car parking area was transformed into a landscaped outdoor space.
