Carefully positioned openings frame expansive seascapes and shifting skies, drawing the landscape deep into the interior. The plan prioritises connection and outlook, with living spaces oriented toward the bay and sheltered zones carved into the rock for privacy and protection from prevailing winds.

The result is a calm, grounded dwelling that feels both embedded in and elevated by its extraordinary surroundings.
