Located on Vico Road in Killiney, this house commands spectacular views over Killiney Bay. The project involved a comprehensive reorientation of the home to fully engage with the sweeping sea vistas, fundamentally redefining how the spaces are used.

The redesign pivots the house around its outlook, reorganising circulation, living, and private areas to maximise light, connection to the landscape, and the overall sense of openness.
