This project involved a complete reworking of the ground floor, opening it up into a more usable layout with clearly defined zones alongside separate living spaces. A mix of polished concrete, exposed steel and beams, and a brighter colour palette, paired with bespoke birch ply joinery, keeps the space feeling light and easy. Large glazed doors and a picture window at the entrance bring plenty of natural light right through the plan.
